John and his crew are professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They installed a central vac, indoor and outdoor surround sound system, mounted TVs , integrated security system with specific bells and whistles catered to our needs, and most importantly, answered (still answering) all our questions! Cloud Communications has proven themselves knowledgeable and up to date on the latest technology to help keep my family entertained and protected! This was a very easy experience start to finish. We ask them to setup our service after moving into our new build and they came out same day. Setup was very quick and we were educated on how to use it and all of the features at our disposal with the panel. Fantastic job. Our builder, internet provider and contractors were just placing blame on each other and suggesting that we buy an expensive mesh network to fix the many issues in our new construction home like many of our neighbors have had to do. John and his team came in and said they’d fix it. They did so quickly, cleaned up after themselves and will remain available to us if we have any issues. Can’t ask for more!
