Please read this. I accidentally spilled a bit of wine on near the start button and dropped off my laptop on 10/4/2024 and finally got it back on 10/28/2024. After reaching out multiple times without any updates, I’ve visited the store four times in order to get my computer back and I was told my computer was NOT REPAIRABLE — yet I was charged $163 for clean up the wine and backup, without any heads up. The third time I dropped my hardware at noon and was told to pick up by 7p and when I got there, my computer was not ready AT ALL and the owner had turned into gibberish mode by saying my computer was at 50% when he sent me a message, but see my proofs! Then he asked me to come back at 8p instead and I said no! (The 2rd time that owner asked me to give him the hardware.) In short, there were no initial / price quotes, no updates throughout, and ultimately, no repairs!! I would absolutely NOT recommend this store!

Utterly disappointing. Dropped off because my mother board wasnt booting properly. After two weeks of not hearing back I went into the shop to see my laptop in a stack of other laptops on a shelf with the case removed. At first he claimed he didn't remember me and claimed I had never dropped a computer off there. When I pointed out my computer had a note with my name and number on it he finally conceded. He had no solutions for how to fix it. I asked to take it back. He rummaged through a tray of screws on his desk putting it back together with mismatched screws none of which were the original. It took him ten minutes to find the charger I had left with it. He wouldn't let me leave with it without paying a $100 cleaning fee for cleaning out what he claimed was "water damage". My computer has never gotten wet! I was so furious. I will never take anything there again!

Unfortunately, Cloud was not able to restore my Android phone. The man I worked with was able to install a new battery, and I trust could handle a screen repair. However, he didn't seem to have the technical knowledge required to resolve the issue of my Samsung not booting. His solution was to do a factory reset. No other lines of troubleshooting. He had my phone for over two weeks, and in the end I only got a fresh battery.

I also found communication difficult, requiring lots of clarification and repetition. For anything complex or for faster turnaround I'll go somewhere else.

Owners are nice. I asked for my laptop to be cleaned and it was finished the same day. He was able to show me inside the computer and help with questions. The price was reasonable and the work was good. Thanks.

The owner of this neighborhood electronic repair shop is very helpful, efficient and friendly. I was traveling and needed my IPad screen repaired. He did this as quickly as possible and advised and installed an additional screen at a reasonable price.

Highly recommended! My iPhone had gone completely dead, and wouldn't power back on due to recent troubles with charging properly. After having been dropped off just after 3pm, my phone was fixed and back to normal before 4pm! I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency. Affordable rate as well; about half the price I'd paid for the same repair at a different shop. Cloud Electronics is perfect for a quick fix! 🙂

I needed my phone repaired again last week and the owner efficiently replaced my old battery and cleaned my charging port as well. I dropped it off at noon and it was ready by 4pm. Competitive overall price to save me from needing to purchase a new iPhone or visit the official Apple store. Highly recommended!

Remzi did an excellent job on my iPad’s broken screen.

It was busted and he took really good care of it that same day! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the repair. He was able to fix my iPad in the same day (he happened to have the part in store that day!).

I would highly recommend coming here for repairs on electronics.
