When I call CTC they are always professional and ready for to help to remote into my system and analyze the information to reach a resolution of the issue.
They are a professional IT business organization, that work along side us like a well oiled machine.
I would recommend any small/medium business that want to outsource their server to the cloud, it is working out great for your business.

Keith, Craig, and Kyle are a great, they us up with a cloud desktop system that removed the need to upgrade our computers. They also provide great customer service and tech support. Our issues are usually fixed within hours, instead of days.
