Snow Cloud was excellent! I was impressed by how soft and fresh the boba was. The flavors were delicious and not too sweet. Our bubble tea was made promptly with a short wait. There were people relaxing and playing games while we were there. While we got ours to go, it would be a cute location to catch up with a friend. The desserts also looked extremely tasty. Will make sure to try some the next time we return.

Thanks for the amazing boba. I had the taro with strawberry popping bubbles and the normal pearls. Was delicious! We all liked our drinks.

I ordered the fairy secret fruit tea, and boy what secret it told! This flavor is diabolical. Maybe it’s my fault for getting it or maybe it’s their fault for selling it, either way I’m going home with a bitter tongue. However, the taro milk tea is always promising. My husband thinks that it’s the best in the area so we will be coming back in the future.

Best bubble tea shop I've been to in Baltimore! We picked up drinks and desserts for a belated Mother's Day, and there was something for the whole family. Superb classic bubble tea and red bean drinks. The quality of tea is what sets it apart from the other places. 25% sugar was perfect for those of us who don't like sweet drinks. ?The cake and cream are very light. ?

What a hidden gem in modest, little strip mall. Looking forward to come with friends after the pandemic!

This place is really cute inside and the staff were very nice and helpful. We asked them questions about the menu and they were able to answer back very well. They have a lot of items on their menu. They have milk teas,fruit teas, shaved ice and more. They have a good selection of sweets as well that range from $3-6. If you are familiar with Tous Les Jours around ellicott city than I feel like this place would be a good comparison to that. So if you live around here this place is a good second to that. The drinks are also a decent size and they are about $4 if I remember right. I didnt expect there to be fruit in it but there was which was a nice suprise!

I went here because I was going to the mall and wanted boba but the one there only has ones with tea IT IS NOW MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GO. The drink was the best I've ever had at a boba shop (Night Sky). I also got two rice balls but forgot them at bfs house so will make him bring them up to me (new ones) when he visits ~_~ Their sweets look divine and I plan to get shaved ice and cakes next time I go ^-^

In terms of decorating their desserts, Snow Cloud's execution is masterful, and I would give it a 5 starts out of 5 in that regard. However, I've been here 2-3 times now, and almost every single time I've been disappointed with the flavor falling a bit flat. I have to knock two stars off for that. For example, I'm a big fan of mango or taro flavored things, but there was hardly any flavor. I applaud that they're trying to do something different with taro cake, mango mousse, custard shaped bunnies, and caramel tres leches cake. However, the only dessert I tried that I actually liked was the caramel tres leches cake.

To be fair, I haven't tried their boba or other interesting drinks. Those could be good for all I know. I will give them kudos that the shop is taking COVID safety precautions seriously from what I can tell: there's a giant shield wall, and all the employers I could see were wearing masks correctly.

The Boba and the service were amazing. it would be good if there was a little less plastic involved, though. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
