I experienced a hour wait time before I asked 2 people if there was a problem with my appointment that I had made for 12/3 @ 12:40pm. It was 1:30pm & I had another appointment @ 3pm. I didn't leave till after 3pm. Place was very nice & staff did move me right along after that. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable & am thankful. I do look forward to working with this staff!

They saw me the same day I called, and everyone was very nice and friendly. They took the time to assist me with my current situation and gave me a few contacts that can possibly help me with other aspects of my life and my current situation. I recommend that if you need anything from the HCD don't hesitate to contact them. They will assist you if they can or refer you to someone else who possibly can.

First of all…, I’ve never had a tooth pulled…so I was already nervous when I found out that it needed to be done…, but when I tell you that Dental Assistant Marie Campbell & Dr. Ortiz put me at ease!!!! The professionalism & the way they took their time to explain everything to me…. was second to none!!!!
I would personally like to Thank the whole staff that I came in contact with today!!!

I'm revising my review as a result of a couple instances that have happened recently. They call me, when I returned the call nobody knows what they called me for. They don't enter in any notes in their computer system. Very unprofessional. When I asked the staff member that I speak to on the phone they have an I don't care attitude. Again very unprofessional. I was talked out of getting Medicare Medicaid in lieu of this program and find out that I sacrificed a lot of benefits. They told me that there be no out of pocket expense. But I get drilled for money and sent bills. Not getting regular stuff on the medical side because of their management pay programs. Staff keeps leaving for other jobs. They're overheard speaking about their benefits being taken away.

The staff inside is really nice and upbeat.
The tall guy nurse is really nice and caring. the social worker is understanding and listens to you when your talking and gives you full attention. The man doctor dont know his name is really cool and takes care of your needs just have to tell him what your having problems with like sleeping, depression, etc. Love the whole place but whoever the female is on the phone with the spanish accent when you push the option 2 for alcohol/drug problem is rude and has a nasty attitude!! Like damn someone calling to get help and that is how they are greeted with a nasty attitude. Really should put compassionate ppl on the phones.
