Horrible experience. The manager a guy at this location lacks customer service and hospitality. Very rude told me there was no hookahs affordable for me, lol how did he know what I could afford? Not only did I find one for 90$ I bought it he had an attitude, put it in a box that it did not fit and it broke when I got home. No help didn’t even call me back like he promised. I would recommend the cloud 9 on Cherokee in Kennesaw, don’t spend money at all here. I will be contacting corporate

Almost always have a great experience coming to Cloud 9. They're sometimes out of Two Apples. But, overall their stores are clean and the service is friendly and chill. I've been to the store at least a dozen times already, and will most definitely keep going back. Not just to Kennesaw, but the Dallas and other local locations as well.
