Took my money before they checked I could have it. Now saying order cancelled. No response on when I will get a refund. Absolutely disgusting. Gone elsewhere and been prescribed. Do not waste your time!

Update - no email has been sent about a refund as stated in response below.

I have no issue with being declined the product but an explanation and a confirmation that a refund has been issued isn’t much to ask.

If you need to check to see eligibility DONT TAKE PAYMENT FIRST! PEOPLE DONT HAVE MONEY FOR YOU TO HOLD IT FOR WEEKS!

1:> 1 start, as I have to select one, in reality, this should be sub-zero.
2:> User experience wise >> Process is upside-down. Additional questions, which lead to my order cancellation, should come before order confirmation and monetary transaction.
3:> Now need to chase the for refund and my private data deletion. I wish I knew it at beginning.

Cloud pharmacy has been great. I placed an order with them and unfortunately what I received was faulty. However, I got in touch with customer service via email and they resent my order. The response from customer service took around 2 days but I received my new item within 4 days so it was a quick turnaround. Overall really satisfied with this company and if you are thinking about ordering from them, you should and you can rest assured that they have great customer service and will attend to any problems you may have.

I ordered from cloud pharmacy after a small break on mounjaro over Christmas.
I ordered this 02/01/2025. It got sent out the next day, I received a call from DPD asking where the house is of which i explained. He proceeded to put the phone down on me and marked it as a missed delivery when i was at home. It was then reattempted and a missed card was posted to the wrong house as a photo was shown on the tracking page. A few days later it has now been sent back to Cloud Pharmacy. I contacted DPD who said they tried to get further information from cloud pharmacy of which they didnt respond (i have always this same address most of the time throughout my mounjaro journey, the address was correct).
I have emailed multiple times to cloud pharmacy about this and as it has now been not kept in a fridge for 10 days. (As per the instructions in the booklet it needs to be kept refrigerated when unopened but outside of the fridge for 30 days once opened).

Still today i have not received my parcel nor been contacted by cloud pharmacy yet. Its very very poor considering their a pharmacy.

I have requested a refund but yet to hear anything at all. Their number just rings out so it’s pointless to even call as you cant get through. I just want a refund of the product that has gone against the storage instructions on the booklet they provide!

DO NOT USE!

Unprofessional, unreliable scammers.
I placed an order for a next day Saturday delivery which never happened.
They then sent out for delivery for Tuesday, but I was at work the following week so could not receive the package.
I informed them about this over the weekend and Monday, but they tried to gaslight me that I had placed the wrong delivery order , until I sent them my invoice (which they of course have access to).

My confidential, medical order ended up being delivered to a random stranger outside of my building. I have no way of contacting them.
Will NEVER use them again and I advise the same.
They’re happy taking on new customers, but clearly do not have the infrastructure to fulfill orders.

Will raise formal complaints.

I had a fantastic experience with Cloud Pharmacy! The whole process was incredibly smooth and easy to navigate. Their website is user-friendly, making it simple to place my order, and the customer service was top-notch. The delivery was prompt and arrived exactly when expected, which was a huge plus. I’ve used cloud pharmacy for mounjaro for about 5 months now. Always processed & dispatched on the same day. Yes a little bit more expensive compared to others but my order has never been delayed. I believe this is because they have partnerships with other pharmacies to help with the demand. I was also very pleasantly surprised when my email was answered within a couple of hours. Will happily continue my journey with them
