This review is long overdue! Kristen and Josh at Cloud9 are the best. I ordered my very first custom cake for my son’s 4th birthday back in March 2024, Ninja Turtle theme, and I was beyond impressed at the quality of their work. Not to mention, the flavorful taste, design, and overall service. I am already back for my soon-to-be 2 year old baby girl’s birthday cake order! Amazing mini cupcakes !! We ordered 4 x 12 mini cupcakes for our micro wedding to display next to the cake and they were phenomenal!! They were moist, kept great outside and so flavorful. Definitely recommended

I can't begin to tell you how much I love Cloud 9! The rosé champagne cupcakes are my constant go-to. The service is always warm, friendly, and as sweet as the treats themselves. Besides my beloved rosés, brownies and Cloud 9 bars are my family's favorites. Try something, anything! You won't be disappointed. The soft delicate cake with the perfect frosting that's not cloyingly sweet is the perfect addition to your day!

This is the cutest little bake shop tucked away in Pinecrest. Kristen is super sweet, accommodating, and helpful. She truly cares about her customers and ensuring they have a great experience. I initially contacted them for a cake sampler to help decide on a flavor for an anniversary cake. All the flavors were amazing, unique, and we had a tough time choosing. Ultimately, we went with their ever popular Rose Champagne cake and it was perfection! We will be back for many special occasions to come. Thank you Kristen for your kindness, hospitality, and delicious sweet treats!

I ate the cake at a bridal shower and it was a pretty, tall, white cake with blue bows. The flavor of the cake was honey vanilla with white icing. The problem I found was that the icing was salty. Another guest commented on the same issue. I found it the icing to be dense and salty. Didn't taste like buttercream to me.
