My interaction was mostly with Reade at Cyber Command, who could not have been more professional and helpful with our situation. Even though it was something outside of the normal scope of his business, he took it upon himself to help me over the course of a couple of days until he helped me figure out what the most likely culprit was to our issue. This was after 4 internet techs and an IT person failed at figuring out the problem. He made it a point to make sure that the problem was resolved in some form or another and made a recommendation for a new equipment which I promptly purchase. That was it! Issues resolved! I could've kissed him I was so happy. After almost a month of issues and productivity inconveniences, we were finally back to normal. Could not recommend their services more.
