Hey guys my name is Ramiro Santoyo. I was in the store last night between 10:30 and 11:00. I bought some merchandise and paid for twenty dollars to be put on my Vegas x acct. She forgot to put it on there and I live 40 miles away so going right back there was not an option and no one answers the phone. Always a long line but they move fast. Most of the workers rock. There are some who could work on there attitude I may be smile. Other then that they cool.

About the best smoke shop in the city.and county. They get what you want first time around.not all the mistakes like other shops.they do understand how frustrating it is when a person has to drive all the way back for a simple correction. But most importantly when you come to pick up your order it's always there in full !!!!. All other shops you have to return again and again to collect your order.always got a excuse why they're short...so if your looking for a dependable shop ,cloud9 is your spot. My slogan of course.and finally , one last reason to make cloud9 your one stop shop..the female help they have are not only beautiful but very friendly and quick with a smile... genuine. That's very rare these days.

Not a friendly environment. Alot of people hanging around the parking lot and other business's. Everyone all wrapped up in gambling on their phones.
