Our project , entrusted to Mission to convert our DeliverLogic infrastructure to AWS, turned into a nightmare that is likely to have a lasting negative impact on our business. To put it plainly, I am fairly certain that this collaboration will chop our business in half, a potential financial disaster. Our clients have even resorted to launching lawsuits against us, and we are forced to make the painful decision to lay off about 20 employees of 40, next week. This has never happened in our 12-year history.

While Akber was the main point of contact from Mission, I must stress that the issues extended far beyond him. The Mission team appeared to have only one individual fully vested in the project, Akber, leaving no room for collaboration or backup when he was unavailable. The support provided by others, like Derek, Jake, and additional team members, was minimal at best.

The lack of a critical thinking & problem solving resources made addressing the project's complexities nearly impossible. It felt like we were left to fend for ourselves, despite entrusting Mission with a crucial undertaking.

Shannon, a member of Mission's team, also witnessed the shortcomings of this collaboration firsthand, reinforcing the the horrible rationale and decision making skills of the Mission team.

To make matters worse, our project was marred by a lack of attention to major issues that should have been identified and resolved early on. This is not a case of isolated problems; these were significant, fundamental aspects that should have been addressed.

The financial losses we've incurred, the immediate revenue decline, and the resources diverted to fix this debacle have been staggering. To add insult to injury, the project management from Mission was subpar, with a lack of clear leadership and actionables that forced us to step in and take charge.

My purpose in writing this review is not to lay blame solely on Akber but to shed light on the structural shortcomings within Mission's approach to this project. A more robust and collaborative team could have potentially prevented the catastrophe we now face.

In conclusion, I strongly caution anyone considering working with Mission. Our experience has been nothing short of disastrous, with devastating consequences for our business. We implore Mission to address these issues promptly and transparently to prevent others from enduring similar hardships.

This review is not given lightly, but we believe it is our responsibility to share our experience with others.
