This place is awesome! I come here Friday through the weekend and it’s always such a chill vibe! I can relax and enjoy the music. The hookah is really good, they never disappoint. The staff is very friendly. Overall this hookah lounge is a MUST to visit and try out!

Cloud Hookah Bar & Grill, service was five stars! The food was really good! The lemon pepper wings were over cooked just a tab but nothing too major. Tons of fun on their patio, very clean environment, great service and since it's cold out ask the waiters to fire up the heaters!

Horrible experience!! We never got our ordered food!! Nobody came and told us that they ran out of the grilled chicken and that can’t make our ordered food. 4 of us ate only one dish! The manager’s/ owner’s reaction was even worse. They even didn’t bother to take an action or at least apologize. Seeing the whole situation they remained silent and were mocking at us lol!!! The lady server was at least embarrassed and at least accepted her mistake!!!

A great hangout place in the Sugar Land area. The Hookah is perfect and spot on. For a bar out in the suburbs, I found it to be well managed and operated. The service was good, the ambiance perfect and the décor fit the place. Ample drinks and hookah options including food. The place is a on a strip mall and as such plenty of parking. The place tilts towards folks of Indian subcontinent origin and the music is a club mix made up of Bollywood hits. Definitely will revisit, however, it is out in Sugar Land so likely more of a local area favorite.

I love this place. It's our favorite chill spot. We are regulars here. It is a nice chill spot and the best hookah spot in town. I hosted a birthday here too and it was amazing. I completely transformed the room and the owner was very accommodating as always. The waitresses are very nice too. T always attends to us and she's amazing. I 100% recommend this place.

USED TO LOVE THIS PLACE BUT NOT ANYMORE. They were out of food and never bothered to inform us. After waiting for one hour, we went to the server and they told us that the food is not available. The server ended up giving us 50% off as an apology but we never got OUR FOOD till 2.15am. Thats not the right behavior.

Not coming back. First time I visited this place, food was great, hookah was good, and service was excellent.

Second time, was horrible. Place literally is run down, the patio outside is obviously unkept.

Our waitress sucked, poor service. I went for my own drinks because she was busy smoking hookah with her friends and never got back with our drinks, and yet we were automatically charged a 12% tip. I don't recall seeing a disclaimer.

Drinks are garbage. Needless to say, not going back.
