The owner, Ben, came to my apartment within his time estimation, and then, very quickly and knowledgeably, gave my computer a look-over, cleaning, and replacing of a couple parts without any added, unnecessary marketing tactics to get me to buy X, Y, and Z. He even did a RAM test, and any questions I asked seemed simple and easy for him to answer without having to elaborate beyond what you need to hear. Definitely knows what he's doing and is a great person to look into for your own repairs.

I have worked with them a few times while installing/ networking their customers copiers. They are the most professional IT firm I’ve ever worked with and that is really saying something. I worked with Neil this last time and I was very very impressed with his knowledge of everything the customer would need from us. Resolve IT Computers is HANDS down the BEST IT Networking company in the four states! To say that they go above and beyond would be selling them short the service that they provide is absolutely second to none! And they know how to work on serious pro gear like SuperMicro SuperServers and pfsense/Suricata firewalls which are the best in the world! I have a very serious setup and its about get more serious and finding Resolve IT Computers will make this fun not a nightmare! These guys can run a single computer all the way up to an entire server building that has hundreds if not thousands of servers! I had tried three other IT Companies and none of them could get the job done and I was refereed to Resolve IT Computers by another IT Company saying that these are are the real deal and they will be able to take care of you and boy was that guy right! I plan on keeping my business relationship with Resolve IT Computers until the day that I die! So if you want to cut the bs and instantly hire the best then if you're not calling Resolve IT Computers then you are doing yourself a disservice!

The owner came out to our house and fixed our computer. He was on time and ready to work. He also made a small recommendation and had the parts on hand and installed them. This was not an up-sale. He added memory to our computer and it is so much faster. You can't beat his prices on service and parts. I recommend having him give your computer a check up.
