I pay for monthly services to keep my computer problem free. My computer is having issues and I can not get a hold of anyone. The phone is constantly busy. They don’t respond to to emails or to the message system they set up on my computer for direct access. This is the very problem I took my computer in to get fixed and it is now doing it again.

Very fast and efficient replacement with my broken laptop hard drive and they called and spoke with me about what could be done and what they had in stock and it only took a little less than 24 hours to receive my computer back. Will go back again if I have any more issues especially as a college student since it was done fast.
