I have been a client of IT Accuracy's for about a year now and the experience has been AMAZING! It's like having a full time IT person on payroll. Their customer service is superb! Any time my office has an IT need, they will resolve it within what seems like minutes. What I also like about the company, is that they try to find cost-effective solutions for our IT needs. Once I explain to them exactly what I am looking for, they will give me several options and recommend to me what the best bang is for my buck. They are crafty, creative and hard working. The leadership team is great! They will pick up my calls any time and will go above and beyond to solve my IT issues (which is a lot). I can't imagine an IT company being more customer-centric and affordable than these guys. They are simply the best!

Our company was in the technology doldrums until IT Accuracy was able to migrate us to the cloud. It was difficult managing 60 employees working from home through this pandemic, but now our work flow is the same as it was in the office. I can also manage my teams a lot better as I have more visibility on productivity and efficiency. I used to have a person handle my IT that did an ok job but it was hard to get fast service. I would usually have to schedule in advance which led to me to try and fix the problem myself so I didn’t have to wait. Came across IT Accuracy and for a low monthly fee I get unlimited same day service. The best part is because they are constantly monitoring my computers, network, and printers, I have much less issues to begin with and almost no downtime. Happy I found these guys
