I was getting to the point where I've had to cut my work days shorter and shorter due to the level of pain and aggravation building in my body. My sleep has been affected, my ability to functionally move. achey and practically bathing myself in icy hot. Like most folks, I was spending over 8 hours sitting at a computer, sitting while driving. laying down to sleep, and movement is an answer, but when you're in so much pain, even moving becomes overwhelming.

I just walked out of a massage with Anne and feel like a million. I'm honestly just sitting in my car, taking it in, how grateful and physically relieved I feel- mentally, spiritually, and physically. I took a year off from massages thinking i would save money and blah blah and that's hurt my financially because i haven't been feeling good physically which affects me, mentally and then the dominoes fall all over the place.

In short, this is not a luxury. Find your way ere and you will feel so thankful you could do this for yourself, so you can perform optimally in your day to day.

I'be gotten massages from the Ritz to Massage Envy and everywhere in between but i always find my way back to On cloud nine. Their passion to heal(and i really mean this), is so warming, and the establishment is clean and decorated so nicely. You simply will not be sorry to not only support a small business, but also, it's wonderful staff.

You may also gift massages or other offerings they have to those you love. my daughters just turned 13 and they are learning about skin care, so I thought it would be a good experience for them to have a facial, coming up, to practice how to take good care of themselves. something, it took me, in my 35th year of life to learn. Be well + good to yourself. It's a necessity.

Cloud Nine has the quaint qualities I love in a spa. They have great people. The staff knows how to treat their customer. The service is personal and there is a sincere interest about your health. My wife love how Alexis works her lower back. We are definitely recommending On Cloud Nine to our friends and family.

WOW!! This place actually lives up to its name!! That was, "hands down," The. BEST. Massage. EVER!!! Seriously, the best I've ever had in my LIFE, & I've been getting massages for over 35 years!

Your first impression may be questionable as they're situated in a long, funky strip mall, but if their cute landscaping & classy sign is any indication, this place is GREAT!! I was running late for a 7 PM appt., and felt so bad that I couldn't even call them while driving there. But when I arrived at least 5 - 6 minutes late, I was so relieved to be met by two lovely, friendly girls who reassured me that it was okay & I could still get my massage.

The interior was tastefully decorated with an elegant vibe, and I was offered the opportunity to use the restroom before my massage. (GREAT after driving there for the first time & getting a tad lost!) My massage therapist was Alexis, and she was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She used all kinds of techniques that were new to me, and just DIVINE!! She exudes a kind, friendly, yet calming presence, and I loved every minute of my time with her. (She even gave me a full hour, despite my tardiness to my appt.!)

The background music was lovely & relaxing, and I could've sworn that she even managed to synchronize her gorgeous long strokes to the music! LOL!! It was all incredibly HEAVENLY - so the place really does leave you feeling like you've been on "Cloud 9!" I highly recommend Alexis if you can get her; she was really OUTSTANDING in every way!!

Above and beyond excellent service. I have had great experiences every time go. Today I had a the best microderm ever than anywhere else it was with Melissa and she was really great. My massages with Raquel are always wonderful, a time for me to relax and renew. I feel great after every session. Thanking her for her sweet spirit as well.

I started going here when they were in Shirley’s Gym on Foothill! The masseuses were all good then, as they are now! All are very personable and professional. The spa has a very relaxing and pleasant decor . Nice ambiance! Their rices are competitive.

I called Cloud Nine Day Spa just after 9am on 12/20/18 to schedule an appointment. I was given the time of 3pm the next day. About 30 minutes later, I missed a call from their number. The caller left a voicemail stating she was confirming my appointment for that afternoon. I called the person back and told her I just scheduled my appointment, minutes earlier. The person who scheduled me said my appointment was for the following day, Friday, December 21, 2018. I rearranged my day, based on that information, and was unable to rearrange it again. She told me the therapist wouldn't be available during my scheduled time, but I could come in that Saturday. I was on vacation from work that week and unfortunately, not available to come in that day either.

The most painful maintenance a girl will ever have to endure is during bikini season and I have to admit it's not fun to have a stranger wax your lady bits. I've always bought at-home wax kits and done the waxing myself but I happened to stumble upon a livingsocial deal for a Brazilian wax and figured I'd leave the maintenance for a professional this time around.

When I first called to make an appointment I had a lady tell me that everything was booked and I had to wait until after July 4th or schedule an appointment at 2pm on a Monday. Since I had a trip planned for Vegas for 4th of July weekend I opted for the Monday appointment. Then on Monday morning I called to confirm my appointment but they never had me down for an appointment! Although, Raqual (owner) was apologetic and rescheduled me for 5:30pm on Wednesday which worked out a lot better with my work schedule. She was also extremely informative on what I needed to do to prep for a Brazilian wax.

Then on Wednesday as I was driving to Cloud Nine after work I was stuck in major traffic. I arrived about 20 minutes late and was terrified that I had to come back again since I was leaving for Vegas the next day. Raquel was super patient with me and somehow squeezed me in although I had to wait 45 minutes for the next available esthetician.

I had Monique who did my waxing and she was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. She promised we would be BFFs for the duration of the waxing session and she was right! She was extremely personable and made me feel right at home. She also talked me through what she was doing so I had a peace of mind. Overall, the waxing did hurt but it was bearable and I wouldn't ask for a better person than Monique when I come back. Cloud Nine also provides a number of other services such as facials and massages and which were all reasonably priced.
