these people are thieves who apparently are also hired not only by Amazon but also by Temu they will send you a return label with an address to a parcel locker near their warehouse that way they can tell you that they never received the item at the warehouse and they will keep your money and they will keep your item I have tirelessly tried to contact them through the app I always speak to a bot I really hope these people eventually get shut down only because I cannot afford a lawyer if not I would report them and sue them myself just to get an investigation going I hope somebody with the resources to be able to do that reads this review and takes it upon themselves to make these people pay.

Bought a California King bed frame and it’s oversized for the mattress. Tried to return it and they want me to pay shipping which is more than the original price. Gives you a number to call and it is a random cell phone number. What a joke. Bunch of criminals

The car arrived after 2 weeks waiting. The steering wheel could not be installed due to a misaligned hole. They didn't provide a free postage label to return the defective item. They list a phony phone number on the label provided. The cost would be more than the item cost. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I'm really perplexed, as to why Amazon would continue to support this shady company. Do your due diligence Amazon, get rid of direputuptable Sellers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Ordered an item through Walmart and between the time I ordered it and it was to be delivered (10 days), the price went up so they cancelled my order so the I would have to reorder at the higher price. Sham company!!!!! Truly a no stars company.
