Being a Software Developer for the last 20 years: I knew from the start of Cloud Technology; I needed to include a Cloud Solution to better serve my clients.
I started out with Rack Space, after about 6 months, of the constant problems, I found Rack Alley. Their Hardware/Software & Customer Service is State of the Art.
They have been there for me 24/7. I've even called late on a Sunday and got the help I needed. I refer all my clients to Rack Alley for their Cloud Needs and will continue to do so.
Their prices are more than competitive, beating everyone else I looked at. They have worked with me on several projects and upgrades. Always Pleasant Courteous and Knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have found Rack Alley early in my Cloud Needs.
To me this is how a business is supposed to be ran...

I've had two servers with Rack Alley since January 2011 and have been very pleased with the service. Uptime has been top-notch and there have not been any issues not tackled promptly by the excellent support staff. Network latency is about as low as you can get. Support has even gone out of their way and made some good suggestions on optimizing my server setup. Some improvements could be made in letting customers know about network status and current issues.

We have been using RackAlley for hosting for over 2 years for a dedicated server. We have a high traffic site and their service has fared well. We have had some outages which have not lasted more than 30 minutes, but that is to be expected from any hosting companies. No hosting company has 100% uptime in my opinion, so just need to find one that has good prices and acceptable service. Service and customer support has been excellent.
