This is not a dispensary
This is the equivalent of a gas station convenient store. Maybe even a vape store. But, they don't know anything about the products they're selling... they get business because they sell to any and everyone. It's illegal in businesses outside the (Native American) reservation. If you're desperate, then go, but there are many many better options. Head west from Southampton. Riverhead Vape store on Main St is spectacular & Columbia Care Dispensary is excellent. ? I haven't been to Cloud 9 in a year and I'm better for it! Better quality products and better prices elsewhere... unless you're an underage, etc. SMH

Always helpful crew here. Knowledgeable and respectful. So much variety in products! Also wasn’t oversold on considering I was picky with what I wanted and how much I could spend. I’d go back!

I am never one to make a claim like this, but the staff was definitely being racist. Almost all of them were being extremely rude and making comments about me "being snobby". The only polite one was a gentleman in a baseball cap. Do not go unless you are black is the lesson. Funny thing is I am latino but have pale skin.

Don't listen to 1 star reviews I've went here multiple times and everytime the gentleman in the front helps me choose my products and know exactly where it's grown ect. Some staff are more knowledgeable than others but not one employee doesn't know the basics. They have a wide variety of products and all there cloud 9 products are grown here in ny. I don't know what the bad reviewer is talking about upcharge because there's no tax the price they say is price you pay and also works like a market where say I'm getting 3 can you give me a deal and they will . That's exactly why I love this shop and think it's better than anything else happening in ny.

I was in from out of town found them online going to east hampton, I bought one 3.5 granddaddy bag it was 35$ n I got 4 of the cloud 9 prerolled the young guy told me 95 I had 100 then gave me another pre rolled for the full 100 if those prerolled 10 each n the bag 35 his math was off on his favor the smoke was good bit the slick style killed it for me ..... it was only 15 bucks but got me...not a again

Cloud9 is a very clean and organized establishment that has a wonderful staff. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products. Relief cream was recommended to me, so if you have muscle soreness or inflammation try it.

This shop and the staff are amazing they always have the products I need and if they don't the owner will order it specifically for you!!! The establishment is clean, and the staff are very helpful.
