Fantastic service, easy to use. The observation test was simple and quick and the people online provided all of the instructions. They even double checked the requirements for our destination to make sure we were taking the test on the right day, etc. What service!! The covid certificate came within 10 minutes of test completion and includes all the information needed. One of our certificates had a small incorrect item on it and when I asked them to please re-issue a certificate with the correction, they did it quickly and efficiently! Absolutely no problems. Definitely recommend this service.

This testing provider provided a efficient, cost-effective service for my purposes of travel to the US. At the time that I used it, the service cost $20 US, had excellent appointment availability and was compatible with the testing kits provided by the Canadian government free of charge. The testing process was extremely easy to follow with the instructions from the provider. The app can be slightly confusing at times, but the service itself works well and I would definitely use it again. It is a breath of fresh air after seeing the 80$ or more services offered at the airport or elsewhere.

I will definitely be using Azova again next time I travel. The whole process was super easy. Being able to do it in the comfort of my own room was great. The test came quickly & making an appointment was easy. When it came to the actual testing, my observer was very friendly & walked me through the whole process. I was traveling with 3 others & we all had our own appointments but we were all able to do our testing together which made it super convenient. We had our results in 30 minutes then within 5 more minutes we all had our proof of negative test for the airport.

This was so easy and convenient. I even set up appt for 12 midnight by accident. When I woke up the next
Morning and realized I had missed it they were so nice and accommodating. I was a little crazed when I realized my mistake.
It was just a smooth for our return test while on vacation. We took the test in our hotel room with almost immediate results. Uploaded to airline and cleared for travel. It barely was a blip in our last day of vacation. So easy. Will definitely use their service for future travel!

Super easy! I was anxious but customer service was excellent when I called after making the appointments to ensure I had done them correctly and the proctor was excellent the day of. Such a relief to have knowledgeable staff and an easy process given all of the requirements of travel during COVID.

Easy to use, fast and good service. Great tool to have for travel! Bought my kit at Costco and set up my video appointment on the app and did the testing when we were in Canada one day before our flight back to the US.

We had have a negative test to re-enter the US after a 2 week trip to Italy. We purchased our tests beforehand and brought them with us. About a week prior we scheduled the testing appointment and everything went smoothly and were done with both of us in about 25 minutes.

Will use this as long as there is a requirement for testing back into the US after international flights.
