For years we (Christian Family Radio) tried to take care of our IT needs in house but it got to be too much. ISTT has removed the headaches of keeping all our computers, printers, and network running around the clock, but more importantly they have kept us cyber-safe. At anytime we have an issue their tech support is quick to remedy it. For instance we were having issues with our phone service during our on-air fundraiser this week. Within 15 minutes ISTT had the problem solved. Partnering with ISTT gives us peace of mind.

These guys make my life easier on a daily basis. Whenever my team is experiencing computer/printer/network issues, they are able to dial ISTT and reach an knowledgeable technician who will resolve their problems. OK longwinded, but I'm TOTALLY PLEASED with ISTT service.
I work in radio ( I started with vinyl 33s & 45s, and reel to reel tape editing) ...

I'm not computer illiterate, but I am more of a user, so when something goes wonky, or acts weird... OR DOESN'T WORK AT ALL ... my programming skills ... well, sometimes can cause more problems. So, I put a ticket in with ISTT; and they're pretty fast at getting back with me, (even it it's not a HIGH PRIORITY - I didn't break it, but I need it to work ASAP - they are faster on those).

They cover all of our services, phones & computers, and do it with professional but friendly attitude
(never had a "oh good grief it's HIM again" comment or insinuation - not that I break computers on a regular basis, but I do process and produce audio on a lot of multiple tracks, and I just might have more than 10 tabs open at once. While I know how to make an announcement sound good with music beds and special effects, THEY know how to keep my computer running).

When some of my programs update, and refuse to talk to with the system, they've find out what switches/check boxes didn't update, and fix it.
( one of my older programs that I HATED to give up, they "cleaned" it and reloaded it for me, and it still works!)

I do surf the web a lot for sound FX, concert info, ideas, etc., and ISTT provides some great firewall protection. ( no more wisecracks about Captain Computer-Crasher).

They've done some updates, and rescheduled some updates, so the updates don't knock us off the air ( not that I'm mentioning a large PC company who sends updates that sometimes will automatically reboot a (crucial) computer ).

It's not a cliche... they're professional, AND friendly, and they get the job done, right and as expediently as they can (and yeah, they probably all know me by first name).
