The worst company ever worked for. if anybody is wishing to go back to the school, this is your place, but not in a good way. atleast we learn something in school, play a lot, enjoy the life, don't expect these here.
There are lot of items which I wish to point out for others.
Pros : It has a ton of cons
Cons :
1. Timings: 10:30-8:30. 1 hour for lunch. They expect to stretch after 8:30, If you are extending after 8:30, every employee expects to leave before 8:30 on the next day or a few days, but not here. we cannot leave office before 8:30 even if you are dieing.
2. Management : Management doesn't know anything about managing. They just follow one guy, wrong or right. i.e., CEO. where coffee or tea is decided by him. Even the tissue paper is decided by him, but there isn't any.
3. Client : They are working with only 1 client from the past 10 years and they are GOD here. Even if they are wrong, we have to accept everything and if you open your mouth, you are in the list which they keep to sack. Client and company should be inter dependent, but not here. Nothing is decided by cloudtech, Client controls the company.
4. Compensation : Even after all these reasons, if a good compensation is given, employee would adjust, but it's not the case here. NO good compensation. NO other benefits other than salary, no health benefits, No GPF, No allowances, no perks, no team building activities,
6. Infrastructure : This company in a house, where kitchen is a conference room, rooms are cabins, no proper AC in a software company. no proper organisation, no proper bathroom. No parking space.
7. Exit criteria : once you put on your papers they treat as if we are stealing something from the company, If we request them to give reference to the new company, they provide negative reviews, and make the employee loose their offer. Reference is given only if the offer letter of the new company is given which I condemn a lot. It's employee's wish to give or not. But shoudln't force it. No written policies, but lot of useless oral policies for their benefits.
Venkat - Atleast try to change your so call oral policies,other wise there is a very little chance of surviving in this competitive environment.

This is a software company with NO CORPORATE RULES. For all the engineer pls avoid this company at the maximum. there is no future here. hope atleast I can save one employee from here

One of the Worst company ever, one of my friend cleared all round interview they told him to come to office and collect offer letter then there they have again taken interview. They told we are putting you in hold. Don't join this company.

Worst company ever if u joined this company then your carrier will going to end they will call you to collect offer letter to office and take again interview and they will say we are keeping you in a hold they started in 2009 they not even have 50 employees in their company think twice while going joining to company instead suffering in their workplace try somewhere else otherwise you will end your carrier.
