I am a former employee and I absolutely loved working here. The quality of care that I witnessed was remarkable. Everyone is dedicated to ethical, individualized, and compassionate care. I have seen employees on their worst days and even when they are having a bad day they exemplify what it means to be in service to others. The level of ethics here is beyond anything I ever could have wished. Your family member's care is truly a top priority. I wish I could have taken this organization with me when I moved, I miss them everyday. Each employee is an advocate that deeply cares for the population served.

This will be a long thread. PLEASE READ!

My son was diagnosed with Autism in 2022 and a few months later started ABA at AdaptABILITY. My husband and I were going through all sorts or emotions, feeling like failures, self-blaming and being so hard on ourselves. The staff at the center from the moment our son started, has made such a monumental difference in our lives.

Since his treatment began in early 2022, my son began talking, using everyday items correctly and have become so independent. He is able to do daily task on his own like putting on his pants, eating with his utensils etc. He is also almost fully potty trained and stems a lot less than when he first started.

At every turn our son's care was communicated, whether it was with changes to schedule, therapists or even a single focus area. We always had input in his treatment plan, and our voices were always heard. If there is an issue at home, they don't hesitate to meet us at any level, sometimes conducting in home sessions directly assessing and targeting those problems. My son learned how to walk side by side with us without running off and continues to improve daily. For continued support, they don't hesitate to send home items from the center my son enjoys and assists with any goals we are currently working on. Even went out of their way to purchase a urine detector that helped my son with potty training.

My favorite part is the community they have built for parents. They conduct family outings and events to help parents connect with each other whose children are experiencing the same things all at their own expense. This has allowed my family the connects we didn't know we had nor needed, and we are able to lean on other parents just like us.

The therapist there are very passionate and truly care about each child. Sessions are not rushed and are tailored to each and every individual needs. Before Adaptability, I was so worried about my son, if he would be able to live with his diagnosis in this world. Now, my husband and I are confident that he will get where he needs to be, and we couldn't have done that without Adaptability. It's been almost 2 years, and this post is literally not enough to thank them for all that they have done and continue to do.

A special shout out to Suzanne, Taylor and Anna for putting up with us the longest and for always being there when we needed them the most. And honorary mention to Marah, who is no longer at the center due to PCSing but has been the foundation of our care. We literally could not have made it this far without her.

If you are looking for a reason to choose them for your child's ABA care, RUN DON'T WALK! I don't think there is a better service provider out there especially in Germany, that caters to both Americans and Germans. They understand the hospitality and the blunt aspect of things (iykyk). If I could also hire them at my local CDC or Kita, I would. A rare gem, this center, and I would hate for you or anyone to miss out on this amazing opportunity for your child.

My son had attended this ABA center for over 3 years. I cannot find any better word to describe these amazing phenomenal team working for kids with autism. You can rely on the team and you will become family with them.
