My mother and I went to the Apple store in Saddle Creek last week to purchase phones. They were very busy but we still got in and out without delay. The buying procedure went smoothly. They also helped us transfer data from one phone to another. They were very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. It was a wonderful experience.

This store SUCKS!!!! I made the appointment as directed and showed up at my scheduled time. The person checking me in told me to find a seat and that someone would be with me shortly.

Apparently, I was supposed to sit down on their reception furniture, with is nothing but a bunch of wooden boxes. I found this out because I sat down at of of the 'Genius' (that's an oxymoron) bar, only to find out that I was supposed to be on the boxes.

After sitting there for almost 20 min, I was finally approached and told to go sit at a particular table. After sitting there another 10 min, someone finally came up to me about my issue.

After running a diagnostic test, it was determined that they could fix it in the store and, even though it is less than 4 months old, they would not replace it. I was told that I could call Apple care and they would send me a new one while also charging my credit card until the old one was sent back.

I requested to speak with a manager and, like others have said about some of the employees here, was dismissive and rude about my request.

I was then told it would take about an hour to fix it and then I was handed a ticket that said it was going to take 2 hours to get it back.

Just know that while the appointment window is only 10 minutes, do NOT expect that to be the amount of time that you are there.

My wife’s phone battery has swolen to were it’s breaking the screen. Took it to this location after t mobile told us they can’t help us. This place gonna say they done have the part in stock it’s gonna take 5 days to get it in. Now first of all you’re the only Apple Store in the mid south how do you not have Apple parts in stock. Second of all the phones under warranty how can we not get a new phone the phone not even a year old. Then got asked to leave cause I was making good points. Like all places in Memphis here’s a another crappy one.

I recently visited the Apple Store at Saddle Creek in Germantown, and my experience was exceptional. Very disappointing and horrible experience. I visited the store to get an iPad during the tax free weekend. The store was busy and since I needed a minute to compare and decide on the product I wanted I asked the person helping me to go ahead and help other customers waiting. When it was time to checkout I asked for a rep to help me out.
A woman came over to help me. She looked like she was in a rush. Now I went to the store with the research but I didn’t know that the tax exemption didn’t apply if paying with a gift card. It took a couple questions for me to figure that part out. The lady advised that I get Apple care and since I wasn’t planning on getting it originally I asked some questions around it. She started to get frustrated and said that she has explained the whole thing multiple times and she can’t keep repeating herself and she would get someone else to help as she was frustrated.
She then proceeded to loudly complain about the incident to two of her colleagues. I wanted to talk to the manager but I didn’t think they would believe me and do something about it. I hate to say this but I don’t think this would have happened if I looked different. Not surprised that there are other reviews that point out the racism at this store. I didn’t get my iPad and I know it was one sale but I hope Apple knows that their products are not worth a person’s respect. Not yet.

Awful. Not recommended. I went there yesterday to pick up my phone because my old one was messed up it had to be swapped. The girl checked me in and told me to go wait at a table. The tech that was supposed to be helping me came and brought my phone and started to swap everything over and when it came down to swapping my number over he didn’t know what to do. Told me to go to Xfinity but they were closed. He kept walking off after “helping” me for 5 mins until the last time he finally said I’ll be back and never came back. While the whole time I was only helping myself. I ended up having to get someone else to give them the old phone so I could leave and do it myself after being there for two hours and she tells me “we don’t do xfinity”. Unbelievable. I had to get on the phone with Xfinity and was on the phone for about two hours and it turns out it was as simple as scanning a QR code on the app on my account. They should have knowledge of all the carriers I should not have had to spend my whole afternoon fooling with my phone when I went to a “tech” for help that couldn’t even help me. The worst experience ever dealing with a phone.
