I recently completed the Salesforce training program at Blue Road Academy (Copenhagen), and the experience was transformative. Starting with limited Salesforce knowledge, I now have a strong foundation in Salesforce, and I'm proud to have earned my Salesforce Associate certification in the process.

The course covered Salesforce essentials through hands-on learning & case studies that helped build practical expertise. The in-class setup made learning engaging and collaborative, boosting our confidence to apply Salesforce tools in professional settings. Now, I'm working toward the Admin and App Builder certifications, and I would highly recommend Blue Road Academy’s Salesforce training program in a heartbeat.

Blue Road Academy really opened the Salesforce door for us. As a Analyst, it is really interesting to see how a 360 degree view of any given customer data can make a positive impact on the business.

This course is an excellent way to gain hands-on expertise in one of the most widely used customer relationship management tool. We learned to navigate Salesforce's powerful tools for sales, marketing, customer service and while also gaining insights into automation, data management, reports and dashboards.

I personally enjoyed the classes conducted by our mentor/trainer who was amazing in explaining the concepts, solving real time business problems within Salesforce. Apart from that, Blue Road Academy has a very organised, well structured course path which consists of trails from the trailhead which provided us with hands on training with all the relevant topics of the course.

All in all, I am very satisfied with the designed course.

I was enrolled in the AWS re/Start 2024 program at Blue Road Academy in Copenhagen.
We were not informed beforehand about the lack of in-person teacher and mentors; instead, we could only connect with a teacher based in Kenya via video calls.
The organisation also requested that we submit transportation tickets with personal details for reimbursement, yet no refunds were actually issued. This could potentially be a way to show sponsors program expenses without providing real support.
About 40% of students dropped out within the first three weeks, as the program was poorly organised overall.

I enrolled in the AWS re/Start 2024 program at Blue Road Academy, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Before the program started, there was no clear communication about the structure of the course or the mentoring setup. On the first day of the course, we were informed that all mentoring would be conducted remotely by an instructor based in Kenya, which was completely different from what we were initially told. This lack of transparency left us feeling misled and unprepared.

Additionally, I had postponed my internship to attend this program, but the disorganization and misleading information made me question that decision. While I was still attending the course, I submitted all the required invoices and documents to be reimbursed for my travel expenses. However, after I voluntarily left the program, I was told that I was no longer eligible for reimbursement simply because I had left. The response I received was, "If the payment wasn’t processed before your voluntary termination of the program, then you have forfeited any reimbursements." This felt completely unfair and unprofessional, as I had followed all the necessary procedures during my participation.

The lack of proper support, unclear communication, and poor management led to around 40% of participants dropping out within the first three weeks. This program’s shortcomings made it an overall frustrating experience, and the way expenses were handled only added to the disappointment.
