My refrigerator went out 2 days before I was to travel from Texas to Oklahoma for my work. I couldn't get one in time to match my travel plans. I called C & L and they got an exact match and it arrived the day I arrived for work. Great job making my life a little less stressful.

Horrible customer service from the lady in sales.
When I got there her keys were still in the door so I took them in & gave them to her. She didn't say thank you, she didn't stand up to greet me, she didn't even introduce herself. I told her what we were looking for and she only asked me how much I was spending.
The 'store' side of the place was dirty and smelled. The steps and porch felt like you were going to fall through the floor. The 'sales' side smelled musty from old carpet and old furniture.
The lady took us and showed us 1 rv that was going to be worked on (that's not the problem), and it gave us a good idea of what we were looking for.
As soon as my husband told her we were "looking & comparing amongst several others," she pointed off to another rv for us to look at and told us we could just go in and take a look for ourselves and let her know if we needed anything. Then she went to her office. There were no other customers on the lot, just us.
The rv she pointed to was locked, so we couldn't get in.

We left. We won't go back and wouldn't suggest anyone else go either.
If I could take ? ratings away, I'd take them all.

Late note: It would have been nice if they were honest with us and really repaired the damage they claimed to have.
Would not recommend them at all because it's costly to do what could have been avoided by telling us the truth.

I bought my first travel trailer from Larry @ C&L RV Center . His no pressure, feel free to take a look at everything & ask me any questions demeanor was just what I needed. Never having been in a travel trailer , I had no idea how anything worked & since I would be 4 season camping with kids, it was important that I make the right choice & Larry took the time to explain why some rv’s are better than others for this. They also hook your rv / trailer up & give you what I would call RV 101 class. I didn’t have a truck big enough to pull that trailer ( something to consider when buying ) , they offered delivery & set up. Our 4 season trailer was put to the test during a a string of days where snow was heavy & temps plunged below freezing. Our rv did its job in keeping us all warm & cozy while watching the snow fall outside. All the folks @ C & L RV Center are friendly. They have a store on site so you can buy what ever you may want & can order what they may not have on hand & have it quickly available. They do on site repairs & will offer great advice on anything from purchasing to how to repairs free of charge. Larry left his cell number so I could call at anytime with questions & I have called him receiving a happy greeting every time. Larry has become a great friend / family member. I would highly recommend C&L RV Center in Muskogee. All the big town options with local, knowledgeable & incredibly friendly people !

Lot of nice RVs and no one bothering you while you were looking to see if something fit your needs so one employee walk to an RV and shut the door and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything we said no and she said okay have a good day and left they were not pushy good place to go if you're looking to find an RV that might suit your needs without having somebody stand there and wait on you and try to force you into buying something

Had the part I needed. Away from home ans valve failed on commode. Expensive part compared to Amazon( $20 more) but not where I could wait. Glad they were there.

Overpriced with the worst service department. I will never be back.
Earls RV is 2 blocks north and is 20% cheaper with good customer service.
C&L parts counter guy lost me and all my business because of poor attitude
