This Carnival Cruise lines was departing from Port of Miami. We were going to Celebrate with Family Members on a 9 days cruise. The Carnival employees had requested that we make an Appointment to Board the cruise. We followed up on this request and Arrived on time. The lines were long but we expected that. Some Employees were New and gave us some incorrect information. We went through the Process and found that we needed to Check in make a Deposit and get our Key Card. The Cruise Line was a New Experience for us. Getting to our Rooms was confusing due to the Fact that the Employees were bringing the Guest Luggage onto the Ship. Customers were only Allowed to use one Elevator!! We had to Wait longer than Normal to get to the Buffet and Room. We were going to Explore what Carnival Had to Offer Us. We went to different Ports and had limited shows, Comedy Bingo,Concerts and Activities available.We Loved the Special Restaurant and Menu. We had visited different Parts of the Ship ,Shops, Photography Gallery,Restaurants,Clubs and Bars. The facilities were designed and maintained. The rooms were Decorated and Cleaned daily by Mel. We had enjoyed the Upper deck with many guests. The food was excellent and the Hamburgers were delicious!! The Hours at the Buffet was short 6-8pm.Our Complaints was that Children Running in the Hallway. The Pool in the Rear area was Crowded and the Saunas had children in it. The Bars employees were pleasant and house keepers were friendly.

15 of us, just completed our 8 day Cruise on the Vista. There're positive and negative things we experienced while on this cruise. we visited four Ports, Amber Cove, Puerto Rico, Saint Maartin, Saint Thomas, and the food and staff were amazing! Our room was big with a bathtub. The ship stays really cold, we loved that, ok here's the negative things we experience, we notified teenagers controlling the elevators pushing all the buttons, the walls in your room are paper thin, we had to call security numerous times for noise complaints, the venues were too small for the shows, the ship has a very confusing layout, We noticed teenager's pushing each other in front of people trying to use the buffet on deck 10. Very rude. We loved all the staff very polite and whatever you asked for they will get it for you, if you're looking to wash your clothes? You will be disappointed. we only witnessed one wash machine working. The dryers didn't work very dated! Overall, I'm not very impressed with this Cruise

If I was able to give 0 stars then I would. I had to be without AC for 5 days. They gave me a desk fan. Then they said the technician visited my room 2 times and it read 71 and then 67 degrees. If it was those temps I wouldn't need a fan. Also I counted at least 5 rooms that had fans for the same reason. The carnival personnel called and basically said that they gave to go by what the worker put in their report. Well the worker lied and she said that they go by what the worker says. So I told her so you are saying the the customers are wrong and your workers are always right. It was so hot that I woke up with wet sheets from sweating. This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience on Paradise. First time it was bed bugs now this. If I didn't have AC issues I would have given it 5 stars because everything else was perfect. So no I will not recommend paradise unless they fix this ship. They need to retire it.

Definitely will go back. It was so much fun, never-ending entertainment. Great food, great service. Buffet 5 times a day. There is nothing to complain about. The only issue is that I have gained 3 pounds when I get back ?

The 5 stars are for the outstanding service recieved by Sherwin S, Archimedes B, and Ramdani F with early dining and my immaculate room service by Joven. The dining crew waited on my family of 14 for 4 days. They are extremely friendly, called us by names and are the epitome of customer service ?

I almost gave this cruise 3 or 4 stars because of (Mabina Molebogeng per receipt) her tag said Lebo, at customer 11/6/24 @ 7:53pm. For some reason Carnivals system doesn't pick up prepaid gratuities sometimes. So we went to fix it. And we showed her where my uncle had prepaid for it with the cruise. The guy standing behind us it happend to him too.

Instead of her apologizing for the inconvenience and moving forward. She was very rude. Never tell a customer "do you want me to refund it or not" . All we simply asked was why is it on his bill now when we already prepaid for it.

She said Carnivals system doesn't recognize prepaid gratuities sometimes. And we booked with CARNIVAL! So your system doesn't recognize itself! Make it make sense.How many other people has this happend to if Lebo made that statement "the system doesn't recognize gratuities sometimes"? ?

She definitely does not like waiting on customers it is just a job for her most definitely. In my opinion, she could care less, at least smile and act like you like your job! She should be somewhere in the back where she doesn't have to interact with people ?

This ship is great for those who can't do a lot of walking and maneuvering throughout is so easy.
Pack with lots of fun and things to. The app, hub, with CARNIVAL helps so much when on board ? Thanks Carnival!

Recently went on a 5 night cruise on the carnival conquest. If you’ve never been, book one soon. Best vacation and anniversary trip ever. So much to do and much better financially than a week long beach vacation. Thank you Carnival

I'm extremely disappointed and haven't even started my first cruise yet. Booked on the celebration for an 8 day cruise and was not made aware that I'm in an interior cabin and my wife is chlostrophobic. I've called several times to pay for an upgrade to no avail. All they can tell me about is spoilage and the reservations are locked down despite there being availability. Having never sailed before I didn't think to ask what type of room it is. I feel I was bamboozled.

Our first cruise was bought as a gift for our 30th anniversary. Never again . The ship was packed beyond capacity & the ppl
On board ( not the crew , the customers like us ) were so low rent & skuzzy it was embarrassing to witness . None of the rules were followed - women were practically nude in every part of the boat - then, the floor we were on - way down below had ppl fighting & running up & down the hallways until 4 am until we HAD to call security it was so loud & drunken it was outrageous. This was all 3 nights !!
The Food was ok - the lines were 45 minutes at times for the he free stuff & everything was massively overpriced .
The ship itself was dirty, run down & old . The crew was great but you could tell they were all over worked & underpaid . Very dissatisfied with this experience!! FYI .
