We came for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We hadn't booked but were found a table. I had the french toast and it was superb and at a reasonable price of £10.
The staff were friendly and the location by the Thames Path was perfect to walk it off afterwards! Highly recommend you try it.

Have visited Charlotte’s Cloud on a few occasions now and have not been disappointed. Place is extremely underrated, highly recommend the pancakes and zucchini fritters. Staff are friendly, competent (Eve & George) and well lead by manager Robert.

Great coffee and the most delicious brunch in this bright spacious cafe. Perfectly grilled bacon and luscious truffled mushrooms with scrambled eggs on charcoal bread. What a treat!

First, the place was dirty—eggs and bread were all over the floor, which I only noticed after finding a seat. I should have left then, really.

The waitress was horribly rude. When I ordered coffee after lunch, I asked for a regular size one and not a very large Americano. The waitress kept insisting that a coffee is not an espresso. I couldn’t say anything without her repeatedly referencing my supposed ignorance of the UK—going on and on, all while ignoring my actual request. Probably because she heard my accent, but for context, I didn’t want an espresso, have lived here for 15 years, and visit different coffee shops twice a day.

She simply decided that I was not rational, stopped listening, and felt entitled to target me insistently for supposedly not knowing the UK. It was all about my ignorance and not about my order. The conversation became so unpleasant that I simply paid for my meal and left.

P.S. The avocados on toast were not fresh—overly mixed with oil and old ingredients that must have been stored in boxes for far too long.

This place is a true gem and exactly what Fulham Reach was missing. It offers the best brunch and coffee I've had in a while. What sets this place apart is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly owners who took the time to chat with me. They've made it pet-friendly, which is a fantastic touch to the neighbourhood being that there’s so many flats in the area.

The outdoor seating area is a delightful spot to enjoy your meal or coffee while taking in the surroundings. I noticed quite a few people working from here, which tells you it's not just a cafe but a conducive workspace. Plus, the availability of sofas adds to the comfortable ambiance.

And the beverage options are impressive too; from excellent coffee to a selection of wines, there's something for everyone.

Charlotte's Cloud is the perfect place to relax, socialize, or work while savoring great food and drinks. See you soon!

We would highly recommend Charlotte's Cloud. I went with my daughter for lunch and the food is unreal (at decent prices), the service is fantastic and the location is lovely (near the Thames river path in Fulham/ Hammersmith). And they even had dog treats for our 4 legged friend! We will be back again very soon!

£8.40 for the two tiny pieces of cake seems a robbery. They seemed to have cut half the pieces shown in the display! I want proper pieces, please charge me more if it need to be!
