David was polite and very professional,he explained the procedure,and put me at ease. I called him just after 12 and appointment made same day for 3.30 this was really helpful as it did not disrupt my day and could fit my work day around this. Called a number of other organisations and the wait was over a week or even longer. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and it great to hear again.

Excellent professional service. Dave came to my home at short notice (next day) to clear my completely blocked left ear of wax, and cleaned out the other ear as well. His price was competative and with the service at home and short notice, hard to beat. I highly recommend this ear wax removal service. .

Telephoned David on a Saturday and he was able to make a home visit on the same day. That was rarely helpful to fit around work schedules. David takes you through each step of the process and even allows you to see inside your ear via his camera. David is very conscientious and mindful of the importance of making you feel at ease. David allows you time to feedback if it feels uncomfortable it did not I must add. I had both ears treated and I am very happy with the results. Thank you so much David. I would most definitely recommend you to other potential clients.

Messaged David after being let down by someone else - I was due to take a flight the next day, my ears were blocked and causing me some pain, David came out the same day, lovely bloke, polite & professional. Showed my how blocked they were through a camera screen and cleared both my ears out! They feel brand new now. Then I asked could he take a look at my husbands and his were blocked too! So he sorted both our ears out there and then. Fabulous service 100% recommended!

He then made short work of extracting an enormous lump of wax that had been causing me misery for the past week. My ear feels brand new!
