Love coming here, especially to focus and do some work. It's quieter during the weekdays but the staff are so kind and lovely. Food is really yum and tasty, and comes out quick! Shisha is really good too, bit cold in the lounge but they do have heaters. Parking is a little hard but depends what time and and day you come.

Went for friends' birthday dinner. Good menu and fulfilling portion of meals. Shisha flavours are good, too. Staff was friendly.
Only if they had played birthday song when the cake was bought out would have been icing on top😄

Cloud9, jest bardzo ciekawym miejscem. Byłam tam zupełnie przypadkiem, w niedzielę. Ten dzień zaczynał się wyjątkowo, więc to miejsce, które pierwsze odwiedziłam tego dnia, też takie było 😉. Atmosfera była super. Obsługa bardzo miła 🥰. Jedzenie dobre, zjadłam ze smakiem 😋. Z toalety nie korzystałam, więc nie wiem , jaka jest. Ogólnie jest tam czysto, w tej małej kawiarence. Można tutaj wjechać wózkiem inwalidzkim również. Na temat parkingu, też nic nie napiszę. Przyszłam tutaj pieszo , ponieważ mieszkam tu bardzo blisko 😉

I ordered prawn salad and prawns, after I get the food I taste it, it was so horrible the worst I smell the prawns it smell out of date it taste out of date. The smell is horrible I can’t believe this. And the prawn salad taste like washing up liquid Im very upset I paid my money and they sell me this disgusting nasty food I will never go again. I feel like I’m going to vomit and my tummy is hurting me. It smell like the food is left and gone out of date and they just warm it in pan not fresh. If you ever smell this food I can’t even believe I taste it I feel sick Im so scared for my belly

The go to place on a weekly basis. Lovely food, drinks and shisha (which are reasonably priced). The customer service is consistently amazing, whether it’s checking in to see if we are all ok, or even for a general coal change.

Delightful Dilek deserves a raise lol. She always looks after us when visit the lounge.

Definitely a place to recommend to others if you fancy a nice meal/shisha/vibes.

Mellow Haze £20

Was in the area and thought I have to try cloud 9 as it’s been on the list for a while. Sat on the swing and ordered mellow haze. Shisha came out within 10 minutes in a savacco pot, just amazing the shisha banged hard! The seating was comfortable we were smoking and swinging, the vibe was nice although we went early the lounge is nice with the finer details, great music and screens all over the lounge. Service was excellent and the price come on you can’t go wrong with that, absolutely loved it. Will be going back soon to try food and have another good quality smoke. Definitely recommended I would say one of the best in the area.

Amazing shisha place on Lordship Lane, it has a lovely atmosphere, amazing food and great shisha. A lovely place to catch up with friends , lovely tailor-made strawberry 🍓 mojito just the way I like it . Staff are lovely and attentive👌Definitely will revisit.

First time here and I was blown away with the excellent customer service. The shisha was on point, the food was delicious. The employees of this establishment should be proud for making me feel welcome and checking on me to see if the shisha was good.

Highly recommend anyone to try this.
