I have been going to Cloud 9 for a few years and yesterday, made a last min appointment with Elizabeth. She is new to the salon but not new to hair. She was incredible! Prompt, great at what she does, and super fun to talk to! Looking forward to being back again soon!

Absolutely incredible experience. I went for the first time the other day, complete shot in the dark cause I really needed my hair done. I booked with Mia and oh my gosh I am in love with my hair. She knew exactly what I wanted and asked so many questions. She made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. She did an amazing job!

I will definitely be coming back. I made a last-minute appointment because I am very impatient and I want everything done the moment I think of it I was a little afraid I did call them and let them know I would like to see their best hairstylist does not afraid of thick, long hair. I saw Jaki and let me tell you she was amazing. Before anything she took my hair out of my ponytail, brushed it talk to me about what type of haircut I wanted and how I wanted it. Proceeded to give me the best hair mommy wash, and the best haircut I have had in a while. Thank you Jaki!

This was my first time and I was treated very well. Greeted immediately upon entering the store and was in the chair for my haircut within 5 minutes. My stylist was super friendly and very attentive to my needs and wishes. I will be returning. It was nice to fine an actual salon and not just some person in a single suite.

I am a long time customer of Cloud 9, this was my annual birthday visit. I booked and enjoyed a 90-minute deep tissue with Stephani. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted, shown the relaxing/waiting area. Stephani was ready and I was able to get into the massage room immediately. Stephani is respectful and mindful of what my bodies needs, her touch is relaxing, but also able to work out the tension/knots in my body. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my time, I will be returning for another session with Stephani.

I have been going at Cloud 9 spa since few months for waxing services and I would like
to recommend Zhara, she is an amazing person, very friendly and excellent at her job. Every time, I have experienced the same quality of service and she is really good at her job. I won’t be trying any other place going forward, this is the place for me?.

As a pregnant mama I felt like I needed to do something for myself so I scheduled a same day appointment with Haley for a wash and a haircut. She was the sweetest ever and was so easy to talk to. I left feeling like a brand new person and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better .
