Headline: They sold me a moldy cart, promised me it wasn't moldy, and then refused to give me my money back once I confirmed it was mold.

Millie sold me a THC-9 vape pen. I opened it after purchase in front of her and it was cloudy and mold. I asked her what it was and she said it was "butter" and reaffirmed me it was fine despite my concern. I asked for another one. She said they all looked the same and promised it was butter. I walked to another vape shop and showed them and they were disgusted by what I showed and warned me not to smoke it. Confirmed it was mold. I went back within 30 minutes and demanded a return. Her nor her managers would help until I threatened to leave a bad review. She took 30 minutes to process a return that they never issued. Told me I was good to go and asked me to leave the dab pen so they could return it. I left it with them. I saw on my credit card they never offered the return. Called the store back. Millie told me to take it up with my credit card company because her nor her managers were willing to do the return. For the pen that I returned to them after they told me they gave me my money back. Insane experience, never going back here because they are liars and care more about selling moldy carts for $40 to their customers.

Was pleasantly surprised with the vast selection of products here, and being a little unknowledgeable on most of it, I was a bit nervous.. However the clerk, Peter, was super patient, and explained EVERYTHING I asked like an expert without making feel awkward or in over my head at all.

Peter’s customer service certainly stands out and will bring me back here every time im needing something!
