I was a patient here from 2019 until recently, but I won’t be returning. The clinic’s practices have become incredibly disappointing, and here’s why:

When they first hired a female dentist, she performed the most painless tooth extraction I’ve ever experienced. But when I later asked about her, the staff responded with an unprofessional, 'thank god she's gone,' which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

My next extraction was done by Dr. Samani, and it was a completely different experience. He was so forceful that his arms were visibly shaking, and he actually strained a muscle in my neck from the amount of pressure he used. It caused 3 weeks of strained swallowing and not being able to turn my head properly.

Aside from the unprofessional behavior, their practices around billing are highly questionable. They regularly push excessive scans to bill insurance for thousands of dollars, and they tried to sell me Invisalign despite my teeth being perfectly fine—anything to pad the bill.

Most of the staff has changed, and now it’s mostly new faces except for Dr. Samani and the insurance biller. They have two new young male dentists working there. One seems competent but detached, while the other, who is very inexperienced, gave me an unnecessary filling. I had been told by two other professionals that it was just a food stain, but this young dentist seemed drill-happy. He later left the room to high-five Dr. Samani, celebrating his 'first filling'—on a live patient, without any warning that he was still in training. Literally in the door way of my room.

This place feels more like a practice ground for trainees and insurance fraud than a serious dental clinic. The lack of transparency and clear disregard for patient trust make it impossible to recommend.

Regarding Dr. Samani’s response, no you cannot confirm my patient history because my name was not changed as requested during my last appointment despite my identification provided with my legal name change. I did not state anything false regarding my experience of the staff and attitudes at this business. I have spoken with insurance about the unnecessary services of taking 2 different types of x rays and a 3D scan “just in case” despite being there for a cleaning and nobody reviewing the xrays or scans with me. It’s unfortunate that you can’t accept feedback that isn’t full of praise.

Laura at the front desk is amazing. Makes my check in, check out and booking appointments easy. Drea was my hygienist and made me feel so comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. If this is the reflection of the Dr which I have not had treatment done by, then I can confidently say the entire staff is amazing. I moved here from Houston and nervous about finding a new dentist’s office and took a chance with Cloud Dental which I do not regret. Can’t wait for my next cleaning!

I had a truly disappointing experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was just another number. The doctor was always in a rush, barely taking the time to address my concerns before rushing out the door.

I constantly felt pressured to make quick decisions about my treatment. To make matters worse, they made a significant mistake with my tooth. Despite explicitly requesting a root canal, they went ahead and placed a permanent crown without addressing the underlying issue. After the procedure, my pain only intensified, and they casually suggested I might need that root canal after all, referring me to another dentist.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received here. The lack of attention and care is alarming. I urge anyone considering this clinic to think twice. Your health deserves better than this careless approach. Save yourself the frustration and seek dental care elsewhere.

Just finished implant and crown for broken tooth. 4 yrs ago Dr Samani performed 5 implants and 21 crowns. The broken tooth wasn’t one of them. Prices very reasonable (up to 50% less than other quotes). Beautiful work. Very sensitive to patient pain issues. Best at numbing there is.

Everyone at Cloud Dental is amazing and truly professional, but I want to especially highlight Drea. Her exceptional skill, compassionate bedside manner, and mastery of her craft gave me one of the best dental experiences of my life—no small feat for a dental office.

I used to associate dental visits with fear and pain, but Cloud Dental has completely changed that. They genuinely care, they listen, and they truly want to help. The staff knows patients by face and name, not just from reading a chart, but through building rapport and understanding.

I can’t overstate how highly I recommend this location. These health advocates are not just dental professionals; they are amazing people dedicated to making a difference.

I have never been to a dentist office that I felt so good about, right from the very beginning. The staff are kind and efficient and remember you, your face, your name. Communication with them for altering appointments is efficient and effective. The dental work staff are kind and considerate and the work is excellent. Dr Samani even hums softly while doing the work on your mouth. So soothing. They were very receptive to feedback. The quote in the office, pretty much the first thing I saw, was about letting your life be all about love. Have recommended them to everyone I know who needs the kind of work I needed. Will keep doing that. A good dentist is hard to find.
