The sky was blue, the shop smelt like roses too. Elise was so nice, she hooked me up with some good ice. Her smile was so kind, she guided me to the perfect find. She really knows her stuff got me a 25k puff. I’ll be coming back soon, she lit up the store like a full moon.

My husband goes in at least once a day ? Everyone is so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. We love the selection, and they make sure their customers are taken care of. We love Cloud Factory! ?

I'm new to Off Stamp and I just recently purchased two off stamp vapes and batteries, everything that the sales lady recommend me to buy ( I spent a total of $80). Once I left the store I realized that one of the two vapes I got does not work. I called the store and let them know that one of the vapes does not work and that i was just there 10 minutes ago. The lady who took my call told me to come back and they will take care of it. When I went back in another lady was assisting me and told me there was nothing they could do for me. She then told me I should have tried the vape before I left but I informed her the other sales associate did not tell me to try the vape before leaving the store. There are also no signs at the cash register stating that vapes should be tried before leaving the store. I just think it's unfair that I was told over the phone that they would help me and take care of it but then once I got back I was given no help and they even flat out said it looked used ( which i just told them before coming in that i tried it and it does NOT work). So I an now left with one $80 working vape and unprofessional customer service.

After the response from the owner I don't think I will be changing my review of this place. If the owner would like to contact me personally and look at this "used" vape they would clearly see it's brand new fresh out of the pack but instead of asking me to come in and meet with them they wrote a condescending and rude response to my review... should we really be buying products from a small business that treats their clients this way...
