I met Bobby through another broker, who was adamant about his recommendation and rightfully so. Cloud Financial found a better rate than a few of the big banks that I got rates from. We were first time home buyers and Bobby asked us to trust him and his expertise. He was upfront about the market, answered every question we could think of, and was extremely professional. His words were all backed by action when he locked us in at a great rate in an uncertain time (July-August 2022). He worked with us at every step, consistently checking on the status of the new build, and coordinating with our Real Estate Agent to make sure we close as soon as possible. As a first time home buyer I looked at many different Mortgage Brokers as my research told me to check out 3 at least. Compare rates, see how they communicate, and the other little odds and ends that make the person you choose either be easy to work with or as helpful as possible. I chose Bobby before I even seen anyone's rates because he was such a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and went out of his way to warn me of potential roadblocks so I could get those taken care of ASAP. He gave me advice on things others did not and it worked! Anyone can give advice but it takes a really knowledgeable person like Bobby to give you solutions! I am already looking forward to working with Bobby in the future in every home purchase or refinance I make. If he picked up wood working I would buy furniture from him too! Great to work with!

Bobby recently helped a buyer of mine navigate a VA loan in this crazy market and successfully got us to closing. As if having a VA loan wasn't complicated enough, there were other circumstances with the transaction that made it look like, at times, that the whole thing would blow up and not happen at all. Bobby shot straight with us at all turns and professionally and calmly navigated all parties. He did some lending magic and got the deal done with finesse and happy people all around in the end.
