I rented an ultralightweight scooter for five days over Christmas. Everything went perfectly. It was delivered and picked up on time. The local company rep Juan Chavez was super easy to work with, and did a great job showing my daughter how it worked. It was fun riding it all over Chicago’s west side. It had a basket and a beeper. Next time I’ll look for one with a headlight for nights. The handle bars were great for hanging my purse.

Great experience. My parents visited and we needed 2 wheelchairs. They dropped off and picked up and the chairs were new, clean lightweight. We would use this service again. Thanks for making our holiday less stressful.

Amazing company to work with! They communicated promptly and courteously to every question I had from time of reservation to completion of rental. The equipment was in top shape and functioned flawlessly. I had an unusual circumstance pop up while having possession and they made it easy to resolve(ended up at hospital with someone and scooter had to be picked up without me). I give this place 10 ⭐️⭐️ They know how to work with people!!
