I had occasion to avail of the services of a Barton Technology engineer yesterday and the whole experience was terrific. The engineer was a lovely person, polite and friendly and once we'd chatted for a few minutes he got straight onto the problem and solved it in a very short time. Once he had achieved this he explained to me what had happened and how to resolve it if it happened again. As with previous experience with the Barton engineers, he didn't make me feel stupid as some IT people tend to do. The engineer also helped me with my iPad and Mobile and now I've got three devices working perfectly where the day before I had nothing. Absolutely fabulous.
