The drinks were amazing and the food was obviously very fresh and high quality. The experience is odd and frustrating since you're pretty much on your own when you step inside. It was our first time there so we had no idea you have to go to one side of the restaurants to look at the menu on the wall, then go stand in line to order, grab your own water and hopefully find a seat.

But the gimmick aside, it's really good.

Pulled pork nachose: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are SO good. The ingredients were layered instead of just being stacked on top, everything tasted amazing, and the pork was so good

Artichoke dip: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are good but a little heavy on the garlic. You lose some of the other flavors to it

Spring roll: ⭐ This was made with fresh ingredients but it's an absurd size. My wife actually didn't eat it because it was bigger than a burrito and there was absolutely no way she was able to get all the ingredients in a single bite. Spring rolls aren't meant to be tasted 1 ingredient at a time, you need to be able to get them all in a single bite. This was definitely a gimmick item, albeit fresh, because the only way to taste all the ingredients at once is to cut it up and use a fork to eat the ingredients

Everything about this place was absolutely awesome! The vibes, the staff, the decor, the food and drink, all phenomenal. The kitchen staff even came out and double checked with me that everything I ordered fit my dietary restrictions! The cabernet, steak sandwich (subs. tofu in for the steak) and loaded potatoes (all pictured) was a great, filling, vegan meal.

SO GOOD. I’m really impressed by the food here. I ordered a spring roll which is the biggest one I’ve ever seen, and the Po boy sandwich. I couldn’t eat all this food! But it was so good though I wanted to ? the flavors were perfect and ingredients were fresh.
The ordering process is a little confusing for first timers but once you know what to do it’s fine. Just go to the bar where it says “order here” and order food there.

I just love this place. I’ve been coming for years and it never gets old. Recently ordered takeout and it’s a whole new experience to see these portions in to-go containers. Do not underestimate the size! We ordered 3 dishes for 3 people and didn’t end up even touching one of them until the next day. Everything was delicious though and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Drinks were unique and fun. Good date night spot. Kitchen was closed when we got there and it was raining, so they were closing early, but they let us order a couple rounds. It was a fun, modern interior with a decent amount of seating. Ordered the Cloud Old Fashioned, the Mezcal Fig Sour and the Mother's Milk. Every drink was good, but had one ingredient that set it apart from standard drinks at other places. If you're looking for something new or twists on classic drinks, this is your place.

Cloud Red is a hidden gem located in Whitefish Bay, offering a cool LA vibe that sets it apart from the local restaurant scene. The owner has curated a fresh and unique menu that's difficult to describe, making it a standout in Milwaukee. With ample parking, fantastic service, and an amazing interior, it offers a top-notch experience. The cocktails are incredible, and the restaurant is spotlessly clean, with various inviting dining areas to choose from. I don't give this much praise often.

Veryyyy, veryyyy Liberal establishment. I didn't mind it, but it was definitely projected on all of the windows! LOL! Neat lil place off Oakland, by Colectivo. You order at the bar (food and drinks) and seat yourself. You get a number and food is served to you, but there's no wait service per say. Grab your own water, utensils and condiments at the bussing station. Food was great! Grass-fed beef, unique salads and other bites! Definitely a gem in Shorewood. Seats are coveted here. Don't mind the people staring at you waiting for you to get up so they can swipe your table! ?
