Nearly 11 years ago, I was looking for a provider to host a small passion project of mine. Cloud South was my decision, and I have never looked back. They've been consistently responsive and helpful when needed, and been more than flexible in helping me make decisions looking towards the future. The support staff is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond. I've never had anything bad to say about Cloud South, and I likely never will.
Oh, and that small passion project? It's now hosting over 40 websites, and making others ideas and dreams possible.

Been a customer for 3 years. Great staff and amazing services. Let me be one hundred percent honest, The amount of care they put in to their clients should be a par for Every business Who deals with people. Angie has been such an incredible leiason for everything I have ever needed, has called me just to check in on myself and my services and is just an amazing individual all around. The 24 hour technical support has answered me at 9am or 3 am without fail. They care about you, they listen to you, the work with you and they are always honest and pro active. They make you feel than more than just a paying customer, I felt looked after. Yes they do servers, but they understand some of them are the life line for our success and they don't hinder that one bit. I am proud to be a long term customer and will continue to only use Cloud South for the rest of my game development career. Thank you to all of the staff!

Cons:
- Frequent Outages
- Data breach & ongoing attack.
- Used as a vector in other attacks/breaches - See Uber data breach where the attacker operated out of a remote desktop.

- At times support is helpful, at other times will ghost you even for simple informational requests related to issues.

Pros:
- Pricing rather steady.
- Could be used for hosting non-critical services.

One of the best dedicated hosting companies around. I haven't had issues with them. Customer service is fast and responsive. Servers are solid and stable. Outages have been minimal. Would have given 5 stars, only issue was with one outage where I didn't receive email notification. I contacted the support staff and they got the server back up in less than 5 minutes.

Recommend them without hesitation.
