Gurpal did an exceptional job! He was very responsive from the moment I got him on the phone. On top of that, he was very knowledgeable. I could easily see he was an expert on this since the moment he began to elaborate his plan for this installation. Awesome customer service - we called in the morning on a Saturday and they were able to come by to mount our 75” TV by 2pm! Amazing response time and seemed very knowledgeable on the installation process. Our TV is perfectly mounted have had no issues at all.
They unmounted the TV from a different unit in the building and re-mounted it in the new unit in less than 1 hour. Would definitely recommend!

Gurpal was fantastic to work with. He was professional and communication was excellent. We hired Cloud1it to install 16 cameras, an access point, and all the necessary hardware to connect to our existing infrastructure. Gurpal was very knowledgeable and made recommendations based on his years of experience installing camera systems. The improvements made eliminated potential long-term issues. The work done was clean and he did not leave until he knew everything was working to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.
