We used Cloud4 when we moved office in 2014 and they were fabulous! We needed over 6 phones installing over one weekend, a similar number of desktops, all with duel screens, their team came in and sorted it without issue.

We have our own account manager should we ever need it and have regular meetings with the company owners.

We have been using Cloud4 since January 2022. We had been with our previous IT provider for 13 years prior to that, who supplied us with IT support, phone systems, data storage, technical help - the whole works. I was understandably nervous about the transition to a new company however I spoke with Michael many times who reassured me throughout the process when everything was moving across. Not only this, we were also going through a rebrand and required new email addresses at the same time! Again Michael managed the process and consistently kept me up to date throughout. We did stumble across some difficulties, but that was to be expected - in this situation it's how you manage it, and again I was updated all the time and was provided with solutions to sort out the issues, and everything got switched across perfectly!! We are based in London, and although they are up North this does not effect the way we work together.

Since then the whole team have been very responsive for all queries. The have helped reduce costs, put my teams mind at rest that when we have any problems they will be sorted quickly and they are just a nice team to deal with!!

Whenever I've had a question they've got back to me immediately and solved the issue. It's also greatly appreciated that they go out of their way to help small charities like the one I run.
