I am for one-on-one communication. Our rep Andy is amazing with getting back to me with any questions or concerns I may have. If the system goes down for any reason (does not happen often) they are on top of it before we even call them to let them know. I am thrilled with Cloud9. Cloud9 is great to work with. They are extremely capable and knowledgeable. They are quick to make any changes and updates that we have needed. We recently integrated a translation service to our phone system and Cloud9 made the transition quick and painless and were able to answer all questions we had for them to implement this 3rd party system.
