They need more staff. Had to wait a while to buy a drink. There were more kids than I expected. I didn't realize this "bar" was family friendly. Didn't bother buying ticket to Tilt ride because the line was crazy long. Nice there were some seating areas. Not recommended for romantic evening out. Cloud margarita was fun, totally recommend it. We got tickets for 30 minutes before sunset and it was perfect timing to see both day and night scenes.

Amazing view!! I highly recommend to go in between sunset hrs so you can experience day and night views. The bar has an incredible vibe.

ClouBar is a fantastic spot with stunning city views. The atmosphere is classy and vibrant, perfect for a night out. The drinks are excellent, and the service is friendly. Definitely worth a visit for a memorable evening!

This is located inside the John Hancock Tower
I purchased tickets online which included the observation deck and also cloud bar. It wasn’t busy at all -there were no lines-could be due to the fact that we went up pretty early. Fantastic views in every corner. Love seeing the Chicago skyline! We also did the Tilt experience. You can pre pay -but I did not. You can purchase ticket upstairs and it’s $10. If you are afraid of heights it might be scary -but I wasn’t moved by it. LOL! It’s a must when in Chicago.

A bit expensive to go up, but the views are good. Bartenders are fairly quick, no food served here. The tilt view is not worth the price at all. The lines to go up and down are very very long, must be not all elevators are working?

Beautiful atmosphere….drinks were so tasty. Be careful they will sneak up on you because you can’t taste the alcohol but believe me it’s there lol. They do have a snack cart up there so that was nice.

Indescribable Views from Cloudbar @ 360 Chicago was an out of touch reality. 94 Floors up! On the Observation Deck. Literally CloudBar! I purchased my ticket online for the ‘Tilt’ and a free drink from the bar. I ordered the famous Flavor bubble blasters cocktail by bartender Dilan. He was kind and knew the way around the bar! Spacious seating and pub seating to enjoy the view with remarkable and infamous drinks! CloudBar was decked out in clouds decor with a dash of trendy and homely ambiance. The Vibes were amazingly in the clouds! Definitely a place to check out! (2023)

Was in town last week, so I decided to get a few drinks at the rooftop.

When you go there, there is usually 30-60 minutes wait, upin seating, you will have to wait another 10-15 minutes to place an order for drinks and then another 15 to arrive. That being said, the drinks are good, food is mediocre, and the whole experience is what I call "once in a while" sunshine.
You can't expect to get a proper bar or a restaurant experience, but keeping that aside, it's always a good time to glaze the beautiful Chicago skyline with your loved ones.
