The service is always excellent. However, I've had many problems with Exchange 365. It's mostly my fault because I don't understand the changes in the software. I deal with many software programs and I don't earn money figuring out the changes. We become familiar with the program features and use them as a tool to express the expertise of our own talents. Software developers need to understand that their changes appear logical to them but in most cases we really don't care. We just want to do our work as fast as possible.
