What a paid for versus what I got!

Be weary when booking- you may not receive the listing that you paid for. Upon arrival we realized that we had been put in the wrong room. The host denied the mix up and assured me that it was correct. We had just driven for 12 hours to be in Montreal so we decided to take the loss. The day of check out, the host message me stating that they left me a five-star review and would appreciate the same. This is bribery! In response I reiterated that I was put in a lower tier room (valued at $200 less than I was charged) I wanted to give them the opportunity to make amends; own up to the mistake and at the very least refund my $200. I even sent photo proof. They doubled down on the gas lighting. Stating that this was the EXACT unit I booked. (Despite the fact that there's cleary no balcony) And then blocked me from being rehosted. Airbnb had to step in and provide my refund. Overall was very disappointed to have to jump through hoops to get my refund and I am now through with using airbnb. I have no faith in the honesty of the listings that are portrayed.

I stayed here for 3 nights.
Pros: room was clean, with an air conditioner, and bed comfortable. Location was convenient.
Neutral: difficult to reach the hotel online, but I had a previous email, so was able to. They forgot my towels, but provided them when I asked.
Cons: need to send identification ahead of time, no elevator, take out own garbage, no luggage storage.
Conclusion: I had an over all good experience, and would stay here again, as it worked for what I needed, but just be aware of what you’re not getting.

I was very impressed after seeing the negative reviews!

I was hesitant at first to book this considering the many negative reviews. But I needed a cheap place to stay and the rooms looked nice online. The room and bathroom was definitely on the smaller side but as a solo traveller for two nights, that wasn’t a bother to me. Especially since the room had pretty much all that I needed including a mini fridge, plates, and cutlery. The storage space was enough for me and there was plenty of room under the bed. The bed, linens, headboard, and pillows were very comfy and I was really impressed by them. The Roku smart tv was very nice as well and I was able to mirror my laptop screen to it. The toiletries were good. Paper towel was provided but I did wish I was provided a tissue box but it’s not a big deal. The amount of towels provided was sufficient for one person and they felt very high quality. I used the microwave a lot but didn’t use the induction cooktop. The A/C unit was very nice to have as well/ Overall, I’m very satisfied by the room itself and impressed compared to the other reviews! My room was on the ground floor but since I came with a carry on-size suitcase, the stairs was not a problem. I didn’t have a view as the room looked out on to the back fence and fire escape. The floor did have a noticeable trash stench but it was definitely tolerable. The garbage room was full of flies which was not a pleasant surprise. The overall condition of the building wasn’t the best but my room was fine and secure. Would stay again!

El peor alojamiento y la peor experiencia.
1.Habitación no correspondía a las fotos de la promoción, era mucho más pequeña. Sin tv ni escritorio. El hospedaje nunca se hizo cargo y no atendieron mis quejas.
2.Tampoco me regresaron el deposito. Una estafa.
3.Los baños sin ventilación lleno de humedad y de mosquitos de humedad. Muy mala experiencia.
4.No hay espacio para maletas y equipaje. 5.Tampoco lugar donde colgar ropa y bolsos.
6. Una tarde, hubo una alarma de incendio em todo El hotel. Y no había nadie de la administración presente a las 3pm , nosotros los huéspedes tuvimos que coordinar llamando al 911 y esperar que alguien apareciera.
7.Levante muchas veces la necesidad de que cumplieran con una Habitación como aparecía en el anuncio y no se hicieron responsables. Retuvieron mis pago sin poder moverme a otro alojamiento. Una estafa.

"Faites attention à ces gens. Ils ne m'ont pas envoyé la clé de ma chambre, et quand je les ai contactés, ils ont dit que c'était un problème avec mon email. Ça ressemble à une arnaque." je leur ais demandé de me renvoyer la copie du mail et ils ont refusé.

"Be cautious with this company. They didn't send me the key to my room, and when I contacted them, they blamed it on an issue with my email. This seems like a scam."i asked the foward me a copis of the mail and they refused.

Je vous déconseille! Ce n'est pas un hôtel, mais plutôt un Airbnb: pas de personnel sur place, pas de réception, pas de service aux chambres, pas de ménage pendant le séjour, il vous faut conserver les mêmes serviettes, laver votre vaisselle et sortir les poubelles avant de partir. La chambre était salle à mon arrivée, surtout le plancher. Il y avait une chemise du précédent locataire sur une chaise. La chambre est minuscule et c'était un demi sous-sol (pas indiqué dans la description). J'ai trouvé que j'ai payé très cher pour mon séjour. J'ai demandé 5 minutes de plus au check-out, car avec le trafic de Montréal, ça m'a pris plus de temps que prévu récupérer mon véhicule et on m'a refusé cette demande, je voulais simplement sortir mes valises de la chambre. Quand j'ai téléphoné pour poser des questions avant la location la personne était incapable de répondre à mes questions sur les chambres, elle disait ne les avoir jamais vus....

O quarto é muito pequeno, mas para uma única pessoa, por poucas noites está bom. É perto de estação de ônibus intermunicipal e perto de estação do metrô. Fácil chegar a qualquer lugar da cidade. O wifi funciona bem. A cama não é confortável.

Alert ? Alert alert ? Alert to all tourist. This place is a scam to attract you by giving cheap per night stay cost. The main motive of them is to steal your expensive stuff when they get a chance. That's what happened with us when we left for a day outside. Check the attached photo. Montreal Police came, criminal case has been filled by them and now we are talking with lawyer for legal action as a next step.
