I am the Controller of two BUICK GMC dealerships. With approximately 100 employees we are not able to hire a full -time IT Professional. As such we have used outsourced IT professionals for our IT needs.
After a horribly disappointing experience with another outsourced IT firm, we replaced them with Code Blue Computing.
We transitioned over 7 months ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. From the get-go they provided an amazing level of expertise and professionalism. They dealt directly with our prior IT company making the transition for us seamless. They provided standardized forms and conventions along with an application that allows us to submit a ticket directly from our computers. This application has been invaluable to all of us but especially for our service technicians for whom downtime means less pay.
Their team has been solely responsible for information safeguarding just recently required by the FTC. This required Code Blue to work directly with each and every employee to install multifactor authentication. Our assigned professional, David, was on the front lines dealing with employees unhappy about these safeguards and he handled the objections very gracefully.
I can honestly say ALL of our employees like dealing with Code Blue. Everyone in their team is knowledgeable, organized and delightful-yes delightful- to work with!
