I'm honestly blown away at how poor of an experience I've had with Complete Technology Services. After being a customer for multiple years, we gave them months of notice that we needed to cancel our services. They continued charging us for multiple months, and are now refusing to refund these charges because our former account manager apparently didn't correctly process our cancellation before leaving the company. Now, they refuse to even call me back - meaning they are fine with overcharging a local charity thousands of dollars and doing nothing to correct it. Consider that and take your business elsewhere.

The techs at Complete Technology are always so professional and polite. They're quick yet patient - trying multiple options for resolution. My most recent need required 11 updates. Joseph was the tech that helped me. He was phenomenal. Very patient and knowledgeable. It's nice to not dread contacting IT support! Great job guys!

One of the primary items that I was looking for in an outsourced IT department was accessibility and quick response time when needed.
