I just knew my computer was done. But this company fixed my computer back to what it was like when it was new. And I never lost any programs or data that was of utmost important to me. Based on that alone, that was the best value for any service I’ve ever had performed buy any company. Jeff did me a solid. Thank you Deb Gowing for recommending this excellent company.

sent tech here and now my outlook no longer sends emails or receives them. never had such bad service from this place before and I asked tech to leave cause he was making things worse and changeing things on my computer that had nothing to do with email problems!!

Eratic nation is right this seems like a recurring problem with this store. Not being able to do the work then charging them when asked to ACTUALLY fix the problem. I am 100%reliant on my pc right now and for them to not even take that into account is a major problem. 0 customer service skills maybe some it skills just not with most problems. The idea of a fix at computer troubleshooters fresh installations. Losing whatever work or programs you’ve already completed or downloaded having to reinstall all the stuff I’ve already done once. Thanks for nothing computer troublemakers. I’ll take my dollars else where. Also it would seem that they do most of there own reviews under fake emails. Basically, if it’s a five star review assume it was the shop reviewing itself.

Went in couple months ago because apparently I missed a bios update. Pc would turn on go to diagnosis then try it all over again but never getting to log in. Stuck in a loop. I reached out to computer troubleshooters they said they could only fix it by doing a fresh install of windows 11. Total comes out to $100+. At the time I was willing to pay that just to have a working pc even though I thought it was a bit overpriced. I got the pc back and it was a completely different version of windows 11. Fast forward a few months, same problem happens. Except theirs a difference this time. I checked my updates everyday and I know it can’t be the updates unless the computer is lying to me and it has updates that are hidden and not shown on windows updater…? Probably not. That being said quoted me at $109 to do a fresh install of windows 11. Now idk much about pc but I know this isn’t normal. I know your charging me way too much for such a simple thing that you just gotta let do by itself. No discount since they didn’t fix the problem or new what the problem was already. Couldn’t even tell me how to do it myself. As a newer member to the owning-a-pc-community, I find the comradeship is lacking significantly. I will go give my money to someone else who’s more competent at customer service and willing to be informative and helpful.plus I won’t have to pay $100+ dollars for an install that was free from windows if you already owned windows 10. I am a student and a remote worker without my pc I severely lose. So good luck computer troubleshooters (troublemaker’s) had a huge renovation project coming up and I’m glad I found this out now before I asked for they’re help.
