I’ve known the team at DCG since 2008. They provide great IT service and are extremely responsive. Eight or nine years ago when we needed to select an IT Services provider for IT Support and Consulting, I searched and interviewed several in the Los Angeles area. Recently, I was in a serious bind. My computer wouldn't let me progress on a document I was working on as a window kept popping up prompting me to perform an update. I asked around, and several people I know suggested calling DCG Technical Solutions. Now, I'm not the most computer-literate person on the planet, and often I find it difficult to communicate with others in the IT world. DCG's customer service representatives completely understood my predicament and didn't hesitate to send out a field technician to take a look at my problem. When he arrived, he explained everything to me in a manner I could understand and proceeded to show me what the problem was and how we could remedy it - to top it off, it only took two hours!!! There are several IT support companies in Los Angeles, but DCG sets the bar high among the competition. This was my first time using an IT support company and needless to say, my expectations have been raised of the type of customer service and knowledgeable staff that I look for in a company. Thank you DCG LA!!!

While I have always enjoyed the support from DCG over the past several years, I had a glitch last Friday that brought down my PC and I was quite frazzled.
