If i could give them a minus zero i would. They are very rude! very unprofessional! I had to got from them to the hospital because their diagnosis was not to be trusted! Do yourself a favor and go to a better urgent care. skip they relentless wait times and rude staff! They show 5 star rating on there website from google i dont know why when i look at google they have only 2 stars. seems like someone made up their reviews.

I realize COVID is a nightmare for places like this but its also a nightmare for patients. I'm sorry but having to wait 6 hours IN THE OFFICE for a COVID test is absolutely ridiculous. I get they are busy but my God send people home and call them when they can return to get COVID tested. There is no way anyone should sit in a waiting room for 6 hours just to get a COVID test. I will never come back to this office. It would be so simple to take everyone number and give them a call about 30 minutes before they will need to be there to test then you wouldn't have a bunch of sick people waiting in the waiting room for a test that takes 10 seconds to perform. This is an absolute joke process they got going on here.

Front desk staff and nurse were friendly. Dr. was a jerk with a terrible bedside manner. Acted as if he was bothered that my child had to be seen. I will not return there.
